3. Purchasing & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

A purchase confirmation will be sent to your email address on successful payment.

4. Licence & Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the product or access credentials
• Share your account login with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the product to build a competing service

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We reserve the right to modify features, update the product, or discontinue a service with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, affected users will be offered a pro-rata refund or migration assistance.

6. ↩ Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Email leonidagennaromedia@gmail.com with:

• Your name and email address used at checkout
• The product purchased
• Your Stripe payment reference (if available)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible
• If a refund has previously been issued for the same product, further purchases are non-refundable
• Refunds are not available for accounts found to be misusing or abusing the service

7. Creative & Freelance Services

For bespoke services (film editing, documentary production, marketing, web development etc.) commissioned via the /brief form or direct agreement:

• A written quote or Statement of Work will be provided before any work begins
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project start
• Cancellation after project start may result in partial forfeiture of deposit depending on work completed
• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays outside our control do not entitle the client to cancellation
• Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats; additional format conversions may incur extra fees
• All work remains the intellectual property of Leonida Gennaro until final payment is received

8. Intellectual Property

All content on leonidagennaro.app — including text, images, videos, code, design, and trademarks — is the property of Leonida Gennaro or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish any content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, meet your specific requirements, or achieve any particular business outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
